Report of repair work-in-progress by Aquionics on MD swimming pool

This will take 10 working days to complete....our pool will be fantastic after this. The previous maintenance contract with Swimpro had been terminated with 1 month notice given. After the repair, Aquionics will take up the challenge of doing maintenance for MD swimming pool & swimming pool pump room. 

Total cost for the swimming pool pump room repair & replacement (refurbishment contract) is RM32,500 (Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Ringgit Only)

Payment will be made in 3 stages, monthly payment of RM10,833 (Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Three Ringgit Only) for 3 months. 

Monthly cost of maintenance/contract for swimming pool & pump room is at RM2500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Ringgit Only) a month for 12 months.

1	8	Parking	6.1.2	Vehicles, of Owners/Residents or their guests that are parked in bays other than those allocated to them, shall be clamped without notice. RM50.00 will be charged to remove clamps. __________________________________

3	9	Visitors' car park	6.4.4	A visitor's vehicle is allowed to park only in a visitor's bay assigned by the security upon entry. All visitors' bays will be locked after 12 midnight and will remain locked until they need to be opened for incoming visitors on the following day. ___________________________________
4			6.4.5	Residents must filll up a form to get permisssion from the management and/or security for their visitors to park their vehicles overnight or for an extended period of time between 12 midnight and the following day. ___________________________________
5			6.4.6	Vehicles parked in the visitor's car park after 12 midnight without special permission will be clamped. Clamps shall be removed after a penalty payment of RM 50. ___________________________________
6			6.6.1	The MC shall use their discretion, without notice to vehicle owners, to tow away or clamp (at owners’ costs) any vehicles parked in the common areas or driveways or car wash bays or bays other than those allocated to them.
