To establish a closer rapport with our neighborhood Police and Bomba, the MDMC invited the Segambut police personnel as well as members of the Bomba to a buka puasa at the MD Community Hall on 17 August. About 40 people were there for the event. The food was specially prepared by Asiah and everyone was full of praises for her mouth-watering, better-than-restaurant home-cooked dishes. Some of the gluttons among us had several helpings of everything! Now that we have "made friends" with the police and Bomba, MD will definitely be a safer place for everyone to live in! :-) Of course, we are NOT suggesting that MD is not safe.... but in the event that we encounter any security problem which is beyond the control of our own security personnel, we will have our buddies the police to fall back on....and just holler when you suspect a fire, big or small, and our Bomba friends will surely and promptly come to your rescue!
