PAMA SERVICES SDN BHD
We wish to inform all owners that PAMA SERVICES SDN BHD have served on Menara Duta Management Corporation a summons dated 23rd November 2011 which we received on 6th December 2011, for the recovery of the portion of their professional fees unpaid totaling an amount of RM66,000.00 for the months of November 2010 to October 2011.
A copy of the summons is posted on the main clubhouse notice board for your perusal.
We would like to add that items 7 and 10 are incorrect. At no time did any member of the Council ask any PAMA staff to leave the premises.
As per the letter addressed to PAMA Services Sdn Bhd that Council did not wish to renew their contract led them to recall all their staff en bloc, thus not performing a handover.
We have appointed Messrs Azman Davison & Co to represent and attend to the summons on behalf of Menara Duta Management Corporation and in the process of compiling all documents to support our defence and/or counter claim.
We have also informed our Insurers Allianz Assurance of the pending claim by PAMA Services Sdn Bhd and the course of action we propose to take.
We wish to attach herewith copies of the police reports (on the main notice board of the clubhouse) lodged against PAMA Services Sdn Bhd in respect of our preliminary findings for unaccounted funds of Menara Duta for :-
(i) RM33,351.79 as per police report R128803 dated 3/12/2011 and Public Bank Berhad letter dated 30th November 2011; and
(ii)RM5,000.00 as per police report no R150847 dated 15/11/2011 for unaccounted funds.
